In January of 2018 our Airbnb / Short term rental journey took another leap as we purchased our own home to rent as a short term rental full time. This adventure allowed us to learn all the tips and tricks one needs to optimize a listing, screen guests & smoothly perform all necessary operations. From there we started renting multiple properties to rerent and we decided in the end of 2018 to use all of the knowledge we have gained to help other people manage their properties on Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway, Booking.com and Expedia.
